The Wilderness Experience

The Tamaracks Resort backs right up to the Bob Marshall Wilderness and is located in the heart of the Lolo

National Forest. There is absolutely no real civilization around for at least 60 miles in any one direction. People who stay here understand that they are staying in the wilderness and that they run the risk of encountering mosquitoes, skunks, porcupines, bears, bats, mice, squirrels, etc.; and these animals may find their way into vehicles, tents, RV'S and cabins. Please remember that this is their home, and we have the privilege of being a guest. The Tamaracks Resort is in close contact with local game wardens and other state officials to control wildlife on the property. The Tamaracks Resort also maintains their 100-year-old cabins have never failed a health inspection. Therefore we assume no liability in the event that wildlife comes in.
