Job Posting for Department managers

The Tamaracks Resort is a rustic chic Montana resort nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in North Western Montana and is open year-round. With 30+ acres on the north shores of Seeley Lake, this beautiful woodland resort offers 17 individual cabins, 3 pop up camp sites, 10 RV spots and 2 tent areas. Our many accommodation types and four-season availability ensure that we are a good fit for just about everyone. With a total resort occupancy of up to 150 guests our staff is accustomed to knowledgeably answering questions about the resort and the surrounding area. The resort services include massage, YOGA, dinner boat cruises, live music events, holiday events, public day use areas and adventure rentals. We have a rental shack full of ALL the toys, motorized and non-motorized, summer and winter and we offer many adventure packages/portages as well. With our unlimited access to public land, we are keen on getting our guests out in the woods or out on the water. We are surrounded by beautiful towering tamarack trees, wild roses, dogwood trees, an abundance of wildflowers and SO much more, which provide a beautiful backdrop for the Tamaracks Tranquility Spa. We offer a very simple menu consisting of 60- and -90 minute massages and yoga classes. During the summer the spa is located in the heart of the property by the water and in the woods; in the winter our Seeley cabin acts as a lodge and hosts our massage, YOGA, dinner and event services. We have over 3 miles of groomed property trails, a waterfront dog park, large lawn areas for public gatherings, multiple beaches, a covered pavilion, an events venue, the campground and tranquility spa.

With the growth of the resort the last 2 years, we will be hiring for management positions for most of these departments: Laundress/Inspectress, Grounds Keeping, Maintenance, and Sales & Events

We are looking for individuals that are eager to learn about what it means to be part of our dedicated Tamaracks Core Team. The desired candidates would have a personal interest in Montana. They would be an enthusiast for all woods and water activities: hunting, fishing, boating, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling etc; a complete outdoors-man mentality and lifestyle. While also engaging guests on an elevated level to ensure quality customer service and being able to confidently educate about the area, its landmarks, excursion opportunities & services. The size of our property means we are constantly maintaining, manicuring and grooming everything, (not just the grounds, but our staff, our policies, anything & everything that makes the resort run) to ensure that the guest experience is a positive one in every aspect.
